Had a great time at Madison! The location is amazing, right in the charming King William neighborhood with tons of restaurants nearby. The staff was super helpful, even letting us check in early. Just a heads up, parking can be tricky. Fantastic experience!

Had a great customer service experience throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, the street parking situation was quite challenging during my visit. I often had to park far from the hotel, resulting in inconvenient walks to and from the building. Additionally, I encountered some issues with a strong chemical scent in the room that made it uncomfortable, even after unplugging the source.

the madison, san antonio riverwalk, downtown, convention center aparthotel is a gem in the king williams district. it's a lovely historic building, and the room was clean and charming. being so close to cool restaurants and shops made our stay even better. i especially appreciated the staff's helpfulness during our visit.

The location in a historic neighborhood felt very charming. I loved the cleanliness of the studio apartment and the generous soaking tub. It was convenient to have a kitchenette for preparing meals. However, there was an odd window with Venetian blinds directly over the bathtub, which was visually strange. I also found the mattress a bit saggy, and a chemically scented plug-in caused some discomfort during my stay. Although I resolved it by unplugging it, it may affect others with sensitivities. Street parking was adequate, which made accessing the area easy.

It was a perfect match for a holiday in San Antonio with good value. The apartment had a quirky window in the bathtub that made for a fun experience. Look out for street parking. you might find a spot close by.

Recommend it for couples

The location was a major win , being close to some really nice restaurants and shops but still quiet enough to relax. We even got lucky with street parking which is always a gamble , but it made for easier access to the area without hassle.

It was on the pricier side, but honestly, worth every penny.

The studio had a great setup, with a kitchenette for cooking, and a private bathroom for convenience. Loved the air conditioning and the flat-screen TV. Spacious dining area and clean towels were a plus. The trash cans were handy, so we kept things tidy. Staff was great too, making the experience even better!
